What payment methods are accepted at the hotels?
Payments can be made by card or cash.
Cash payments are limited to €1,000 for guests with tax residence in Spain. For guests who are not tax residents in Spain, the cash payment limit is €10,000.
Are the hotel swimming pools heated?
The swimming pools are heated during the autumn and winter seasons.
Are parties or events allowed?
Parties, gatherings and events are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
Are there any quiet hours?
Yes. Quiet hours are in place from 9:00 pm until 8:30 am. During this time, guests must avoid any noise that may disturb others, including playing music or keeping the television volume at a high level.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas, please ask at reception upon arrival for more information.
Do the hotels offer Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout all our hotels.
Are cots or highchairs available for babies?
Yes, cots and highchairs for children aged 0 to 2 years are available at all our hotels. Please contact reception before your arrival so that the requested item can be prepared and placed in your room.
